Delivering a powerful message, without being in the video is a hard thing to do. But The Throne did it.

Released today, the Romain Gavras directed video sees fearless protesters fight armed officers. Young men beaten and choked, maced and dragged. At the end of the video, the freedom fighters seem to have won, standing in triumph in the face of their oppressors.

A perfect matched video to such an epic song. I love the direction of the short film and I'm glad that it does the song justice.

Kicking off tonight was the 1st of Beyonce's four shows at Revel. Among her hit set list, she chose to cover Lauryn Hill's 'X - Factor' and the late Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You'.

I think she did great in both performances, bringing something new and fresh to her set. The stage set and the visuals make this performance very memorable.

Every bit the entertainer, Rihanna took it to the finale of American Idol to perform her latest single 'Where Have You Been'.

This performance was exciting, the theatrics were amazing, people flying everywhere, wardrobe was on point and so was the dancing. The only thing missing was a near perfect vocal to complete the set but it just wasn't happening.

Rihanna noticeably skipped singing some of the higher notes and opted to dance through them. Over all, the performance was great and entertaining. Just wished Ms. Fenty brought it vocally too and yes, I do love her voice.

Invited to Power 105's morning show, The Breakfast Club, Lil' Kim dished on the mess behind not releasing new music, spillin' the true 'T' about the goings on behind the beef with that certain female rapper and much much more.

We all know The Breakfast Club has been known to throw shots after shots at the Queen of Rap but I'm glad Ms. Jones showed up to shut them down. Throughout the interview, you noticeably catch Kim silencing the room. All three hosts were all ears when she spoke. Elaborating and spillin' the true 'T'. Something us QB fans have known for a while. Of coarse Charlamagne steps in with his side shots that respectfully, get snatched. But Kim manages to keep her cool while officially setting the record straight. Turning this into a great interview.

As an Egytian Goddess, Rihanna took to the stage at this years Robin Hood Foundation Gala to perform 'Only Girl (In The World)', 'Run This Town' and 'Live Your Life'.

The Robin Hood Foundation gala, Wall Street’s largest single-evening fundraising event, had Rihanna on-stage and took in $57 million at its annual New York dinner. Last year’s event, headlined by Lady Gaga raised $47.4 million.

Founded in 1988, the Robin Hood Foundation raises money for 200 of New York’s poverty-fighting organizations. Its board — which includes Paul Tudor Jones II, Greenlight Capital’s David Einhorn, SAC Capital Advisors LP’s Steven A. Cohen, film producer Harvey Weinstein and actor Gwyneth Paltrow — covers the gala’s cost so that all proceeds go to the beneficiaries.

"We know that females are catty. We get jealous of each other very fast," Brandy said during her In House visit with The BoomBox. She's speaking on her most recent duet with Monica, "It All Belongs to Me." The song's theme is reminiscent of the original Brandy-Monica collaboration, 1998's "The Boy Is Mine." Of course, while we're on the subject of catty women, we have to bring up the fact that Brandy is starring in the new Tyler Perry movie, "The Marriage Counselor," with her ex-friend Kim Kardashian. The relationship turned sour around the time the entertainer's brother Ray J started dating the reality TV star but today, Brandy has nothing but positive words to say about her.

The film isn't the only project the 33-year-old singer-actress has in the works. Brandy's sixth studio album, Two Eleven, featuring collaborations with Frank Ocean, Ester Dean, Rico Love and Bangladesh, drops later this year.
