In an Exclusive and intimate chat with our friends at Kempire Radio, Brandy lays it all out in this in-depth hour long interview.

With a lot of speculation behind the release and promotion for 'Put It Down,' she explains:

"The single goes to radio this coming Tuesday so.. I know it seems like everything's kinda like, up in the air because the single was released to iTunes and to the internet a month ago but the single actually goes on Tuesday, so everything is happening in the month of June as far as promotions, video, just gearing up for the performances that are coming up y'know and it's.. it's REALLY coming out on Tuesday."

On the video for 'Put It Down,'

"It's gonna be a performance video... I just had a meeting with Frank Gatson last night, he gets the best choreographers when he puts his foot in something so.. He's excited about everything that's happening, he loves the song and so we're looking forward to working together and making this everything it's supposed to be."

She reflects on the state of R&B music,

"I just think that the artists that.. know how to do R&B need to do more of R&B. That all it is, it's just gonna take all the people that can actually do it and that are out there hot right now, to do more R&B."
